Your First Order.

The initial order is supplied on a pro-forma basis and must total a minimum value of $440 including GST not including freight. Upon receipt of your order we pack and prepare the goods for dispatch. We then contact you with a total for the goods, GST and delivery and send the order to you as soon as we receive payment.

Payment Methods.

We have three methods available for making payment, Cheque or Direct Deposit into our account or Credit Card ( Mastercard and Visa Only). All payments using credit card that are outside the 30day trading terms will incur a fee of 2.5%

Packaging.

We take pride in the quality of our products. They are therefore individually wrapped in corrugated cardboard and then carefully packed into cartons or onto pallets depending on the size and configuration of your order. All of our larger animals have easily detachable legs for cost effective and safe transportation.

Freight.

We are known for cost effective freight Australia wide, depending on the location and size of the order. We can freight anywhere in Australia for between 10-15% of the value of the order. It can be much less for NSW customers or for larger orders.

Accounts.

Account Customers are clients who have successfully completed an initial pro-forma order and we have approved the completed and returned New Account/Credit Application form.

Orders are supplied to Account Customers with priority provided that the terms and conditions of the agreement are being met. Commonly the terms that we agree to with our account customers are: Invoices are payable 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Account Customers can pay by cheque, direct deposit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). All credit card transactions made after the trading terms of 30 days from date of invoice, will incur a 2.5% fee. A limit to the amount of credit supplied is imposed on each account. This limit is negotiated between us and can be varied based upon your trading history, your specific requirements and your ability to pay the account limit.

Returns.

We always want you to be happy with our products, if for some reason a product arrives damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to exchange the product, provided we are notified within seven days of the item being delivered.
